Security Deposit

For each booking, we keep a deposit of €XX.

The deposit is exclusively kept as a guarantee and to reimburse any possible damage caused during the stay in one of our apartments, to cover penalties related to the improper use of the apartment (extra cleaning needed, lack of respect for the rules, etc.) or for objects missing from the inventory such as pieces of furniture(cushions, ornaments, etc.), kitchen accessories and towels.

In case of damages or anomalies, we will contact you to agree on a solution.

On the contrary, if no damages have been observed during your stay, we will issue the deposit withheld on the credit card before the next guests’ check-in. The bank might take from 2 to 12 business days to process and release the deposit.
