House rules
No smoking: smoking is forbidden inside all of our apartments. You can use balconies by paying attention to air out the room, use an ashtray, not throw ash from the window, and not accidentally burn any piece of furniture.
Do not disturb the neighborhood. You can enjoy your vacation without affecting the daily routine of people living near one of our apartments: keep the radio and TV at an acceptable and avoid noises in the early morning, during the night, and soon after lunch.
It is forbidden to organize parties and host strangers. Our apartments are not equipped to host a higher number of persons than the one specified in the ads and are part of condos where it is important to respect the neighborhood. Hosting strangers may put at risk privacy and safety and cause discomfort to people sharing common areas.
No animals are allowed. We love pets too, yet, apartment building rules expressly forbid hosting them in our apartments. If you own a cat or a small size dog, please contact us before booking one of our apartments, so we will try to offer you an ad hoc solution to your needs.
Treat our apartments with loving care. We furnish and equip every apartment with commitment, handling design, appearance, and comfort. You will find clean and high-quality bed sheets and towels and impeccable tidiness. We regularly change plates, glasses, and cookware to offer you the best experience during your stay. We ask you to treat everything you find in our apartments with loving care: use facial tissues to remove the make-up to avoid staining towels and pillowcases irreversibly; while cooking, pay attention to not burn pans and pots; don’t eat on the couch to avoid staining it with oil or sauces, particularly hard to clean. Don’t forget the apartment will be checked at the end of your stay and the cost of any damage and/or missing object will be deducted from the deposit.
Respect our maid service team work. The maid service cost includes a standard cleaning of the apartment: linen change, bathroom sanification, general floor and surfaces cleaning. The standard doesn’t include: dish washing (we ask you to wash pans, pots and dishes before leaving the apartment), garbage collection (you can throw out the garbage in the dumpsters outside) and any extra cleaning that may be demeaning for our maid service team. Please, remember the staff cleaning the apartment after your departure deserves your respect and has the right to work with dignity. The extra cleaning will be charged as a €50 penalty.
